Texas’s ordinary resident authority is the combined General Lines — Life, Accident, Health and HMO license. The pathway requires combined Pearson VUE exam InsTX-LAH05, the TDI fingerprint workflow, and a Sircon or NIPR application. It is related to both the shared Life and Health licenses and must not be duplicated as a standalone Life or later Health pathway.
