Reciprocity / nonresident overview
A qualifying same-line mover currently licensed or applying within 90 days after cancellation in good standing may receive the statutory education/exam exception.

Military / veteran / spouse

Veteran-specific provisions
A qualifying discharged service member may receive a license-fee waiver for one current licensing period. Qualifying active service can extend a license and CE timing, and narrow business-continuation relief exists. No separate ordinary military-spouse or surviving-spouse initial-license waiver was found in the reviewed official set.
